Practical Uses:
● There are a couple of High Points on top of the mountain suitable for Communication Towers.

I was once approached by a Communications Company to lease the prime peak and I've personally considered building a SatCom Tower for my own business purposes. You could quickly make your investment back and begin generating a healthy profit. A nearby town would benefit should you decide on providing Satellite or any other connections.
