Closing Words

What we are witnessing from our Bible studies is, much of what is being taught in the world today does not line up with sound Biblical doctrine. The Bible teaches us of a time to come when the world would not endure sound doctrine (2 Timothy 4: 3). That time has come, but it will get worse. GOD requires each of us as individuals to embark on a Holy Spirit lead adventure into The Scriptures. Dabbling in a “hop-scotch” Bible study will take us no where other than jumping from place to place, only to land us flat into an “out of context” understanding of what section we happen to land in. True Bible study demands serious involvement with the whole heart, mind, soul, and strength. That’s interesting, because so does entering The Kingdom of Heaven. The whole Bible is as “One” Book given from The Oracles of GOD Almighty. Each book contained within, such as Genesis or Revelation, is as a chapter of that overall Book, as it were; each “chapter” with a different angle to view from or a little more detail gained from another. All books witness to each other - interwoven together into one seamless garment of a Zeal Clad King of Glory given for us all to wear. We are quite naked without it; bare and exposed to the “elements” of the world.

Beloved, and I mean every last one of you reading, we can spend a lifetime of being just one step away from apostasy as a purely “Milk” fed - stunted growth Christian, without any real Wisdom or Counsel from GOD to guide us past the traps which satan has set for each of us; then to end up resenting The Lord while blaming Him for the tricks of the devil. The Power of Christ, GOD’s Holy Spirit, and The Bible has given us wisdom and power over and above all of the power of the enemy (Luke 10: 17-22). We can believe and do, or sin by the sins of fear and neglect, doing nothing for GOD’s Kingdom by allowing the serpent to manipulate us one day and one hour at a time; cheating us out of our GOD given authority and ability. We can make no mistake about this - it is GOD who wills and does, and He will use whomsoever He wants to accomplish as He wishes. Size or money does not matter, because the war is a spiritual war, for and against souls (Ephesians 6: 12). Our flesh has the ability of being our own worst enemy if we allow it, therefore we must be of a Spiritual nature and have no confidence in the flesh’ abilities, nor take thought for it’s desires. That is absolute joy. Every good and perfect gift is from above; from The Father of Lights (James 1: 17). Each of us have been appointed a path in life and GOD given talents with spiritual ability to perform our duties to The Lord in service of helping our fellow man find their way to Him through our upright, fair, and sound actions of both word and deed. We must take what GOD has given each of us and work while it is day, because the “night” when no one can work is fast approaching.

Please let me say this: I in no way think or believe that we are to lay ourselves and The Spirit of GOD within us, down as a door mat for false doctrines or as a game for evil men to play, although many on both sides feel we should. The dogma and evil will both want to play, but we are not to tag along nor should we feel obliged to (Proverbs 1: 10). We are children of The Most High GOD and should humbly walk that way, but take each step with confidence, assurance, and authority (Philippians 4: 6). Righteous indignation arises at times through The Holy Spirit, and even Jesus, Moses, the martyr Stephen, Elijah, John the Baptist, and others displayed this characteristic. Quench not The Holy Spirit and neither be ashamed to stand up for GOD and His Will, Way, and Word. It is our duty and should be our desire, especially for all He does and will do for us. Stand up for Christian values. Pray for courage and strength to perform the duties of a solidly grounded Christian who does not need to be ashamed or make apologies for The Gospel of Christ or The Word and Spirit of GOD. If not us, then who will work? Shall the rocks be given power to speak Truth or shall we as GOD’s children do that instead.

If we only guess that we know who we are in Christ and His Words, then we have a lot of company in the world who will help us guess our way down every dead end path en route. We aren’t of this world though, and the world has nothing to offer us by means of assistance, but we have much we can offer to the world and that is the way it is meant to be. But still, there are few who will really accept what we give and that which we give is the greatest thing they need. They really do need to know it’s there and deep down in the souls of some of them they’re glad it is, because the time is coming as many know, when the horrors of passed life’s complacencies and spiritual neglect are going to overwhelm the soul with grief as if in the throes of labor pains; only harder. The escape which so many are counting on has lulled them into a deep slumber from which they may never recover, and the escape they expect, will never come. Many are called, but few are chosen. Only a remnant shall survive. Two thirds shall be cut off and die, and one third will be left in all the land. GOD will bring that remnant of the one third through the fire, purified and made white; tried, tested, and true (Zechariah 13: 8). This written in Zechariah is exactly the opposite of what the two thirds majority of apostates believe and report to us. If only they had faith ..... in GOD and the ability He gives.

Accepting all that Christ is, is the first step, we know. Reverence toward all that GOD is, well, that is the beginning of real wisdom (Proverbs 1: 7-9); more precious than treasures (Proverbs 3: 13-34). The next step is reading and studying Scriptures, because this is how GOD reaches, teaches, and talks to us. We can talk to Him in prayer all day long, but if we aren’t willing to listen by reading ..... oh, don’t you just hate to talk or write to someone who only wants to talk or write without listening, reading, or even acknowledging that they have read or listened, and even act like they haven’t ?

Studying is starting at the first Word on page one and not ending when you get to the final period on the last page. No one ever gained all understanding on the first journey through, and you will find that there is a lifetime of bounty contained within The Bible. That is one of the things which makes it so interesting and fulfilling; when we learn more and more and .......

Loved ones, we all must study to show ourselves approved to GOD (2 Corinthians 10: 18 and 2 Timothy 2: 15). We will not be approved by Him otherwise, because there are countless traps and snares set by the dragon to take whomsoever he will as prey, and it greatly disappoints The Lord if He sees us fall therein; when He tells us how to avoid the snares. The devil knows Scriptures very, very well, and knows all the places where he can bend them for the unlearned and even tried to tempt Jesus Almighty with twisted scriptures. Also, we all must leave off from our own understanding and ways, in addition to breaking off from the commandments, doctrines, and traditions of men in order to meet with GOD on HIS own terms. He will not accept anything less, nor diverse ways.
